Refund Policy

Bright Academy is committed to providing quality education and a smooth admission experience for every student. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which fees paid to Bright Academy may be refunded. By completing the admission process or making any payment, parents/guardians are deemed to have accepted the terms of this policy.
1. Admission & Tuition Fees
- Admission/Registration Fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Tuition Fees once paid are generally non-refundable unless specified under exceptional conditions mentioned below.
2. Exceptional Circumstances for Refund
A partial refund may be considered only in the following scenarios:
- Transfer of the student to a different city due to parent/guardian relocation (valid proof required).
- Medical conditions that prevent the student from continuing education (doctor’s certificate required).
- School-initiated withdrawal due to administrative decisions.
In such cases, only the remaining portion of the tuition fee for the future months may be refunded after deduction of service and resource charges.
3. Cancellation Before Academic Session Start
If withdrawal is requested before the session begins, tuition fees may be refunded after a standard administrative deduction. Admission/Registration Fees remain non-refundable.
4. Refund Request Procedure
Parents/Guardians must:
- Submit a written refund application to the school office.
- Attach relevant supporting documents (if applicable).
- Provide bank details for processing the refund.
The school may take 7–21 working days for review and processing of approved refunds.
5. No Refund Conditions
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Student discontinuation for personal reasons without valid evidence.
- Misconduct leading to expulsion.
- Failure to attend classes (online/offline).
- Fees paid towards books, uniforms, transport, or extracurricular activities.
6. Mode of Refund
Approved refunds shall be issued only via bank transfer to the parent/guardian’s registered account.
7. Policy Amendments
Bright Academy reserves the right to update or revise this Refund Policy without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our official website.
