1️⃣ Admission Terms

Bright Academy welcomes students from Nursery to Class V based on the following guidelines:

  1. Eligibility & Age Criteria
    Admission is granted according to the applicable age group for each class, as per government norms.
  2. Document Submission
    Parents must submit:
    • Birth Certificate (Mandatory)
    • Passport-size photographs (Student & Parents)
    • Aadhar Copy (If available)
    • Transfer Certificate (for students from other schools)
  3. Interaction & Evaluation
    An informal interaction and/or basic assessment may be conducted to understand the child’s readiness.
  4. Fee Policy
    • Admission is confirmed only after payment of admission and first-term fees.
    • Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • Timely payment of dues is mandatory to continue academic services.
  5. Attendance Requirement
    Students must maintain the minimum attendance required by the school to be eligible for promotions and activities.
  6. Medical Fitness
    Parents must disclose any medical condition to ensure proper care and support for the child.

2️⃣ Code of Conduct

Bright Academy believes in shaping responsible, disciplined and respectful young learners. Students and parents are expected to follow the rules below:

A. Student Conduct

  1. Students should arrive on time in neat and proper school uniform.
  2. Respectful behaviour towards teachers, staff, classmates, and property is mandatory.
  3. Use of foul language, bullying, physical aggression, or misconduct will not be tolerated.
  4. Students must carry relevant books, notebooks, school ID, and day essentials every day.
  5. Damaging school property will require compensation by parents.
  6. Electronic gadgets, toys, or expensive items are not allowed unless permitted by school.

B. Discipline & Safety

  1. Students must remain on campus during school hours; leaving without permission is strictly prohibited.
  2. Participation in school activities, sports, and academics should uphold school values and safety rules.
  3. Health and hygiene practices must be followed, ensuring a clean and orderly environment.

C. Parent/Guardian Responsibilities

  1. Parents should cooperate with teachers and attend scheduled meetings regularly.
  2. Ensure homework, study habits, and discipline are maintained at home.
  3. Update the school regarding changes in address, phone number, or emergency contacts.
  4. Avoid negative actions influencing the learning environment or school reputation.

3️⃣ Termination of Admission

The school reserves the right to suspend or terminate admission if:

  • There is continuous violation of school policies
  • Fee obligations remain unmet despite reminders
  • Any behaviour harms the integrity, safety, or decorum of the school

4️⃣ Policy Updates

Bright Academy may revise the above terms when necessary. Parents will be notified through official communication channels.
